3. Bring the water to a gentle boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Place the lid on the pot and let the herbs steep for about 10-15 minutes.

4. While the herbs are steeping, find a comfortable and safe place to sit. You can use a yoni steaming seat specifically designed for this purpose, or you can use a heat-safe bowl placed securely on a chair or stool. Make sure the seat or bowl is at a comfortable height for you.
